Q.Power sometimes does not turn on.

A.  There is a possibility that the tipping switch is activated by the condition of the installation of the product.

If the product is placed on a carpet step or on a long-leafed carpet, the product may tilt slightly, which may activate the tipping switch and prevent the product from turning on.

Also, if the power cord is caught in the underside of the product, the tipping switch may be activated and the power will not turn on.

Please install the product on a flat surface such as between boards or on the floor and check again.
