A.Yes, but the high altitude setting is needed.
Our fan heater can be used on the altitude of 1300m. However, in the area where the altitude is more than 800m （depending on the models, it can be 500m）, high altitude setting is needed. Please refer to the instruction manual to set high altitude setting.
