Q.Kerosene is in the fuel tank, but the “fuel supply indicator” is displayed and the heater does not run.

Failure Check / Laser Clean Heater (Unvented)

① Is the fuel acceptance fitting attached to the main unit?

If the fuel acceptance fitting is not attached to the main unit, kerosene from the fuel tank cannot be supplied to the fuel acceptance fitting of the main unit, and the “fuel supply indicator” lights up even though there is kerosene in the fuel tank.

② Is there water or debris in the fuel acceptance fitting?

come on even though there is kerosene in the fuel tank.

If water or debris has accumulated in the fuel acceptance fitting, remove the fuel tank from the main unit and then remove the fuel acceptance fitting without tilting it, remove the accumulated water or debris, and then dry it and wash it with clean kerosene.

Are the fuel acceptance fitting and fuel tank cap of the right type?

There are several types of fuel acceptance fitting and fuel tank cap in TOYOTOMI products.

Install a set of fuel acceptance fitting and fuel tank cap that are compatible with the product. If the type does not match, the “fuel supply indicator” will light up even though there is kerosene in the fuel tank. (Kerosene in the fuel tank does not fall into the fuel acceptance fitting of the main unit.)

If you own several fan heaters or kerosene stoves, please be careful not to match the type of fuel acceptance fitting and fuel tank cap.
